General Information

What is the purpose of this organization?

We provide youth football and cheer opportunities for children ages 5–12, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and community pride.

Who can join the Santa Fe Braves, Starlettes & Rising Stars?

All children ages 5–12 are eligible to participate. Age divisions and team placements are listed on our Registration page.

Registration & Fees

How do I register my child?

Visit the Registration page on our website and complete the online form. Registration opens several months before the season begins.

What are the registration fees?

Fees vary by age group and sport. Current season pricing is posted on the Registration page.

Do you offer financial assistance?

Yes. We offer sibling discounts, scholarships, tuition assistance, and fundraising opportunities for families who need support.

Practices & Games

When and where are practices held?

Practices are held three times per week. Your coach will provide specific days, times, and locations.

How long is the season?

The season runs from July through October, with playoffs in November. Delayed playoffs may extend into December.

Game Day Procedures

What should we expect on game day?

Players should arrive at least 45 minutes before kickoff for warm-ups and equipment checks. Parents should bring water, snacks, and any necessary medications.

What is the protocol for weather-related cancellations?

Weather updates are posted on our website and social media. Coaches also send notifications via text or email.

Equipment & Uniforms

What equipment does my child need?

Players need cleats, a mouthguard, and athletic wear. The league provides helmets, shoulder pads, and uniforms.

How are uniforms distributed?

Uniforms are handed out during our annual Uniform Draft Night.

Safety & Health

What measures are taken to ensure player safety?

We follow strict safety protocols, including proper equipment fitting, certified coaches, and regular wellness checks.

What happens if my child gets injured?

Trained personnel handle minor injuries on-site. For serious injuries, emergency services are contacted immediately, and a coach or board member will notify the athlete’s emergency contact.
